Yes, postage costs apply to each sample order. Postage costs are calculated based on the consignment's weight so it will vary depending on the number of samples as well as the type of fabric you ordered. You will see your postage fee in your pre-order confirmation.
You do not need an account to start browsing. Take a look at our products and services first and when you are ready to order open your trader account. Trader account will give you access to many advantages such as free samples and bulk discounts.
No. Payment is required when placing an order. However, if you want to place a bigger order exceeding 100 meters per article you can contact us at info@fioretta.com to negotiate different payment terms.
Yes. Simply order over 100 meters per article and you will trigger a 15% discount. The cart will add your discount automatically, helping you buy our products at even cheaper costs. If you plan to place an order of over 1000 meters you can also contact us at info@fioretta.com to make us your offer.
Exclusivity rights may be negotiated only for orders exceeding 100 meters per article, however, this does not include plain fabrics.
Yes, we can ship our products to most countries worldwide. Learn more about our shipping policy here.
The shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of the consignment and the country to which it is being shipped. It also depends on the way of transportation. Free samples and roll orders under 300 kilos are usually shipped by air by DHL, but you may also opt for a shipment by land route or by sea. In every case, the shipping fee will be added to your order total in your pre-order confirmation. You can also email us at info@fioretta.com prior to ordering to enquire about the shipping costs.
It depends on the way of transportation. Express delivery by air by DHL to most of the countries in Europe and the USA takes between 1-2 working days. Delivery times for shipments by other forwarding companies are being notified to our customers individually. Learn more about delivery times here.
