All fabrics ordered in rolls ( i.e. orders under 100 meters) are being shipped on flat boards, four-times folded, packed in sacks with an overall length of 80 cm. The standard size of one roll is 25 meters.
Orders over 100 meters may be shipped using the standard way of packaging above or it may be opted for other types of packaging. Other options would be packaging on tubes, two-times folded, with an overall length of 160 cm or packaging on tubes, full width, with an overall length of 320 cm. The customer may also adapt the roll size to their needs and/or choose if the goods will be shipped in sacks or in boxes.
Our standard box sizes are 30 cm x 30 cm x 170 cm, 33 cm x 33 cm x 170 cm and/or 25 cm x 40 cm x 170 cm. Rolls on tubes packed full width can be shipped only in sacks.
Roll orders are being shipped within 7-10 working days provided that the product page does not state otherwise. You may find the lead time for every product on its product page under the tab Packaging & Shipping. Shipping time may be longer during busy periods.
Lead time for orders over 100 meters is usually between 4-6 weeks. Please contact us to learn the lead time for your chosen fabrics before placing a bigger order.
As the orders over 100 meters are being manufactured upon receiving an order we reserve a right to ship +/- 10% of the requested quantity.
We can ship our products to most countries worldwide.
The orders below 300 KGS and 15.000 EUR, are shipped by air by DHL. For customers from European countries express shipment by land route may be also available. Please, contact us if you would like to receive more information about this option.
The shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of the consignment and the country to which it is being shipped. Your shipping fee will be added to your order in your order confirmation. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to ordering to enquire about the shipping costs.
You may be responsible for paying the customs duty charge and/or VAT/fees when orders arrive in your country. You will be contacted directly by the customs office to make the payment if it is the case.
The shipment terms of all orders exceeding 300 KGS and 15.000 EUR will be agreed individually with every customer. Such orders may be shipped by land route or by sea. We may use one of our usual forwarders or any other forwarding company chosen by the customer provided that they can ship the goods from Turkey.
You can contact us and negotiate your own shipping terms also for orders not exceeding 300 KGS and 15.000 EUR if you prefer the shipment by your own forwarding company or you prefer the shipment by sea or by land route.

GOODS DAMAGED IN THE TRANSIT
If your shipment arrives clearly damaged, please make a note on the receipt that the courier requires you to sign. Then open the package and carefully check the goods. If the goods are also damaged please take good quality pictures showing the damage and email them to us at email@example.com together with your original invoice and a brief explanation. We will instruct you then on how to proceed.
